Tempe Orchestra opens 35th season
TEMPE, Ariz. – Arizona State Graduate and Rice University Associate Professor of Cello Brinton Smith rejoins the Tempe Symphony Orchestra as it opens its 35th season at 7:30 p.m. on Monday at the Tempe Center for the Arts, 700 W. Rio Salado Parkway.
This is a free, General Admission event. Tickets will be available at the door on a first-come, first served basis.
Smith has performed at Alice Tully Hall in Lincoln Center, Carnegie Recital Hall, the Marlboro Music Festival, the Aspen Music Festival, the Banff Centre for the Arts, and in recital throughout the United States.
